Project / Program Manager II - Asset & Wealth Management

Location : Bengaluru

Experience : 6+ Years (Relevant)

Shift timings : 1:30 PM / 2:30 PM onwards (IST)

Work Mode : 5 Days Work From Office (Mandatory)

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in Fund Accounting (Mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of Capital Markets (Mandatory)
• Experience in Investment Accounting and Asset Management operations
• Good understanding of financial products such as Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives, MBS, ABS, and Structured Products
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in the BFSI/Investment Banking/Asset Management domain

Good to Have

• Experience with Eagle Accounting platform
• Exposure to accounting platforms such as SunGard or similar investment accounting tools
• Knowledge of application releases, upgrades, testing, or change management
• Experience with JIRA, defect tracking, reconciliations, and governance activities

Key Responsibilities

• Support investment and fund accounting processes across Asset & Wealth Management.
• Coordinate with business, operations, and technology teams to deliver accounting platform enhancements and releases.
• Analyze accounting data, reconciliations, financial reporting, and operational issues.
• Manage project deliverables, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure strong governance, documentation, audit readiness, and process compliance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support accounting application changes and business initiatives.
