Company Description Better Speech & Hearing Clinic supports individuals with speech and hearing difficulties through both online and in-person consultations. The clinic is staffed by qualified and experienced professionals registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI), ensuring high standards of care. Services cover therapy for a wide range of speech and language challenges across all age groups. The clinic offers detailed hearing assessments, hearing aid trials, and fitting to improve communication and quality of life.

Role Description The ASLP will provide evidence-based assessment and therapy for clients with speech, language, and communication disorders across different age groups, Hearing evaluation and hearing rehabilitation. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting diagnostic evaluations, designing individualized treatment plans, delivering one-on-one and small-group therapy sessions, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. The role also involves collaborating with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals, providing counselling and education, and participating in case reviews to monitor progress. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gunjur Varthur, requiring regular presence in the clinic to deliver in-person services.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Speech Therapy and management of Speech-related difficulties.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) and compliance with professional ethical standards.
• Experience working with diverse age groups and varied clinical conditions in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Strong interpersonal, counseling, and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.
• Comfort with basic digital tools for record-keeping and tele-consultation, and proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
