Job Description:

• Develop visual concepts: Brainstorm and execute creative ideas that align with the company's goals and target audience.
• Create marketing materials: Design and produce a variety of materials, including social media graphics, email campaigns, brochures, and website layouts.
• Ensure branding consistency: Maintain a consistent brand identity across all design projects.
• Adapt designs for various mediums: Tailor visuals for digital platforms, print, and multimedia projects.
• Collaborate with teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and other relevant departments to gather requirements and ensure design effectiveness.
• Maintain industry knowledge: Stay updated on design trends and best practices.
• Utilize design software: Be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and other relevant tools.
• Meet deadlines: Manage time effectively to deliver high-quality designs on schedule.
• Provide feedback and revisions: Be open to feedback and willing to make necessary revisions to designs.
• Create engaging visual content: Develop walkthroughs, explainer videos, and other visual content for real estate projects.
