JOB SUMMARY: The Sr. Executive HSE will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs. This includes ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting risk assessments, delivering trainings, and promoting a culture of safety across all operations

• Maintain and enforce safety guidelines, procedures, and company safety policies.
• Ensure a safe working environment across all departments and operations.
• Prepare and analyze Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Control (HIRAC) reports.
• Design and conduct HSE-related trainings and periodic fire drills.
• Ensure daily Toolbox Talks (TBTs) are conducted wherever necessary.
• Ensure all firefighting equipment remains in ready-to-use condition at all times.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies and legal safety standards.
• Apply the Hierarchy of Controls in hazard mitigation practices.
• Investigate HSE-related incidents and provide detailed reports with proactive recommendations.
• Promote a strong safety culture by encouraging safe work practices on site.
• Maintain comprehensive records and documentation related to HSE activities.
• Participate in Risk and Environmental Health & Safety Assessments.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Education: B.E./B.Tech in Chemical or Environmental Engineering ( IOSH/NEBOSH/OSHA certifications preferred )

Experience: 4-5 years in HSE operations, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment
