We’re Hiring: Telecaller – Meghna Jewellers
Meghna Jewellers is looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Call leads and potential customers interested in jewellery.
Explain current jewellery collections, offers and store details.
Follow up with leads regularly.
Encourage customers to visit our Nerul & Vashi stores.
Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups and customer responses.
Coordinate with the sales team for interested customers.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi and basic English.
Confident and polite while speaking with customers.
Basic computer knowledge.
Previous telecalling or customer service experience is preferred.
Experience in jewellery or retail sales will be an advantage.
