We are looking for a Workday Integration Specialist to support the design, development, and maintenance of integrations between Workday and other internal/external systems.

\n

This role also requires a strong understanding of Workday’s integration & reporting tools and a collaborative mindset to work across HR, IT, and business teams.

\n

Responsibilities

\n

\n
• · Develop and maintain integrations using Workday tools such as EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) , Core Connectors , Workday Studio and Web Services (SOAP/REST) .
\n
• Develop and support custom reports using BIRT for Workday Advanced Reporting .
\n
• Create and manage Workday custom reports, calculated fields, composite reports, and dashboards .
\n
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
\n
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
\n
• Support Workday updates and releases by testing and validating integrations.
\n
• Maintain documentation for integration processes, configurations, and technical specifications.
\n
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
\n
• 3+ years of experience with Workday integrations and reporting .
\n
• Proficiency in Workday Studio , EIB , Core Connectors , XML , XSLT , and JSON .
\n
• Hands-on experience with BIRT and Workday Advanced Reporting .
\n
• Strong knowledge of Workday Report Writer , calculated fields , and data sources .
\n
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
\n

Preferred Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Certification in Workday Pro Integrations and Workday Studio / Reporting .
\n
• Experience with middleware platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi , MuleSoft ).
\n
• Familiarity with Workday Prism Analytics , Extend , or Workday Security .
\n
• Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.
\n
