About the Role

Unacademy is looking for a knowledgeable and approachable Company Nutritionist to drive employee nutrition and wellness initiatives during general working hours. The role will focus on providing practical nutrition guidance, conducting wellness sessions, and helping employees build healthier and sustainable eating habits.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general nutrition guidance and consultation to employees based on their individual wellness goals.
• Conduct regular nutrition and wellness sessions covering healthy eating, balanced nutrition, hydration, meal planning, etc.
• Conduct basic dietary assessments and provide practical, sustainable nutrition recommendations.
• Create simple nutrition plans and resources based on different employee needs and lifestyles.
• Organize nutrition workshops, awareness sessions, challenges, and wellness activities.
• Support company-wide fitness and wellness initiatives along with the Company Fitness Trainer.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience as a Nutritionist, Clinical Nutritionist, Sports Nutritionist, Corporate Nutritionist, or similar role.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food & Nutrition, or a related field .
• Relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of nutrition, healthy eating, lifestyle management, and wellness.
• Experience conducting group nutrition/wellness sessions is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to simplify nutrition concepts and provide practical, sustainable recommendations.
• Corporate wellness experience will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in corporate/workplace wellness programs .
• Sports nutrition or lifestyle coaching experience.
• Strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
