Strong work-life balance with 40-45 hour work weeks Rapidly growing contractor with multiple leadership hire About Our Client Our client is a fast-growing commercial general contractor specializing in restaurants, healthcare-related facilities, dental offices, veterinary clinics, tenant improvements, and ground-up commercial projects throughout North Carolina. The company has experienced significant recent growth while maintaining a collaborative culture centered around employee well-being, client relationships, and delivering quality projects. Job Description Lead all onsite construction activities from mobilization through closeout Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders Manage project schedules and ensure milestone completion Conduct daily safety meetings and maintain jobsite safety standards Oversee quality control and project inspections Coordinate with Project Managers and company leadership Manage project documentation and reporting requirements Resolve field issues and maintain project momentum Build positive relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant Proven experience managing commercial construction projects Strong preference for healthcare construction experience Diverse project background within the $1M-$10M range Experience with both ground-up and renovation/upfit projects Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to independently manage projects with minimal oversight Stable work history and strong professional reputation Experience with restaurants, medical offices, dental clinics, veterinary facilities, or similar commercial projects is a plus What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $70.000 to $100.000 USD annually.
