⏰ Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure seamless execution of sales operations. If you have strong communication skills, a knack for coordination, and are passionate about supporting business growth, we'd love to connect with you.

✅ Graduate or above

✅ 1 to 3 years of relevant experience

✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

✅ Strong organizational and coordination abilities

✅ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an added advantage

• Provide coordination and administrative support to the VP Sales and the Sales Team.

• Manage customer records, sales documentation, proposals, quotations, and reports.

• Coordinate customer communications, meetings, follow-ups, and track action items.

• Maintain accurate and updated CRM records and sales databases.

• Work closely with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams to support sales activities.

• Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and management information for leadership review.

• Ensure timely execution of customer commitments and support overall business operations.
