Engagement: Contract / consultant (part-time or full-time availability welcome)

Compensation: competitive and based on experience

The Role

We're looking for a speech therapist who enjoys working with children and families. You will assess and treat children with speech, language and communication difficulties, mainly through home visits, with some sessions at our centre and online.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language assessments for children aged 1.5 to 14 years
• Plan and deliver individual therapy for:
• speech and language delay
• articulation and phonological disorders
• fluency (stammering)
• autism spectrum disorder
• ADHD-related communication difficulties
• feeding and oral-motor issues
• Set clear therapy goals and review progress with parents regularly
• Coach parents on activities and techniques to practise with their child between sessions
• Keep session notes and progress reports on our system
• Work with our psychologists and other therapists on shared cases (e.g. autism, ADHD, learning difficulties)
• Follow Tulacare's child safety and home-visit guidelines

Qualifications (Required)

• BASLP (Bachelor in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology), or MASLP / MSc Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid RCI registration (CRR number required)
• At least 1 year of experience working with children (internships count for strong freshers with pediatric exposure)
• Fluent in Hindi and English
• Comfortable travelling for home visits within Greater Noida / Noida

Preferred

• 2+ years of pediatric experience, especially with autism, speech delay and fluency disorders
• Training or certification in approaches such as PROMPT, Hanen, or oral placement therapy
• Experience with online (tele-therapy) sessions
• Experience working with a team that includes psychologists or occupational therapists
