Urgent hiring for Sales Co-ordinator

Profile: Sales Co-ordinator

Experience : 5-10 years

CTC : 50,000/- per month ( Depends on Interview )

Location: Taloja, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate export sales orders
• Prepare and manage all export documentation including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin
• Communicate with international clients regarding order status, shipping updates, and documentation requirements
• Liaise with all stake holders to ensure timely shipment and delivery
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, Incoterms, and export control laws
• Maintain up-to-date client records and export databases
• Track shipments and provide clients with regular updates
• Assist the export sales team in preparing quotations and managing pricing files, if required
• Generate reports on export sales performance, shipment schedules, and customer feedback
• Coordinate with production and inventory teams to confirm product availability

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any field
• 5-10 years’ experience in a Sales Coordinator or Export Executive role
• Working knowledge of export markets in Far East countries, an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of export documentation, logistics, and customs procedures
• Familiarity with Incoterms, LC (Letter of Credit), and international trade regulations
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP or export management systems (e.g., SAP, Tally, Oracle)
• Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
