We're looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive to manage recruitment and support day-to-day HR operations. Whether you're a fresher with the right attitude or have 1-2 years of HR experience, we'd love to hear from you.

• Graduate in BBA, BA, BSW, or any equivalent degree
• MBA in HR is preferred but NOT mandatory
• Freshers with a strong interest in HR are welcome.
• Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in Recruitment or HR Operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• End-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage offer letters, onboarding, and induction.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Attendance and leave management.
• Employee engagement activities.
• HR MIS reporting and recruitment trackers.
• Support performance review and quality checks.
• Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements.

• Passion for Recruitment and HR.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and ownership.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Your experience is only in IT Recruitment.

You are looking for a role focused only on Payroll or Administration.
