Marshfield Clinic - 2700 Canal Boulevard - Responsibilities: Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse; Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, obtaining and recording vital signs, and providing psychosocial support; Assist with transferring, repositioning, and ambulation using proper techniques and equipment, plus range of motion and passive exercises; Assist with meals and dining, provide water and supplements as appropriate, and document resident interactions and outcomes; Communicate changes in resident condition to the charge nurse and support wellness and recreational programs; assist with housekeeping and laundry as needed
