Job Description
GovCIO LLC seeks a Database Administrator to support federal IT modernization projects. You will design, implement, and maintain secure, highly available databases in cloud and on-prem environments, optimize performance, and ensure data integrity and backup/recovery. Partner with developers, cybersecurity, and data teams to tune queries, manage releases, and automate routine tasks. You’ll apply DoD/FedRAMP security practices, support audits, and troubleshoot production issues in a mission-driven, agile setting that emphasizes collaboration, learning, and work–life balance.
