Position: Associate – General Corporate Practice

Location: Gurugram, India

Practice Area: General Corporate, Contracts & Compliance

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including NDAs, MSAs, shareholder agreements, vendor contracts, technology service agreements, and licensing deals.
• Support corporate structuring, investment transactions, M&A due diligence, and regulatory filings.
• Conduct legal research and provide advisory notes on Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI regulations, and related statutes.
• Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions and compliance.
• Contribute to thought leadership, legal updates, and internal knowledge building.

Eligibility:

• Law graduate (LL.B) from a reputed university
• 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in general corporate advisory, commercial contracts.
• Strong drafting and communication skills
• Business-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team on time-sensitive transactions
• Exposure to client-facing roles and tech/startup ecosystem is a plus
