SEO, AEO & GEO Specialist – Healthcare & Medical Education Company: DMHCA Location: Delhi Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role DMHCA is looking for an experienced SEO, AEO & GEO Specialist with proven experience in the Healthcare, Medical, Medical Education, HealthTech, or related industry . The candidate will be responsible for improving DMHCA's organic visibility across traditional search engines as well as AI-powered search platforms, increasing qualified traffic, and generating relevant leads for our medical education programs. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies for DMHCA. Optimize the website for Google and other search engines to improve organic rankings, traffic, and conversions . Implement Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to increase visibility in AI-generated answers, featured snippets, People Also Ask, and conversational search. Develop Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to improve DMHCA's visibility across AI search and answer platforms. Conduct keyword research focused on medical education, healthcare courses,medical training, and doctor education . Optimize website pages, landing pages, blogs, course pages, and educational content. Build and execute a strong healthcare content SEO strategy in collaboration with content writers and medical experts. Perform technical SEO audits and identify opportunities related to website structure, indexing, crawlability, page speed, schema, and internal linking. Implement relevant structured data/schema markup for healthcare and educational content. Develop high-quality backlink and digital PR strategies with relevant healthcare, medical, educational, and authoritative websites. Monitor competitors and identify opportunities to improve search visibility. Track rankings, organic traffic, leads, conversions, and other SEO KPIs using relevant analytics and SEO tools. Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, AI search developments, AEO/GEO trends, and healthcare SEO best practices . Work closely with the content, marketing, academic, and technology teams to improve organic growth. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field . 2–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO , with proven experience in the Healthcare, Medical, HealthTech, Medical Education, or similar industry . Strong understanding of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Local SEO, AEO, and GEO . Experience working with healthcare/medical websites and understanding of medical terminology and healthcare content will be highly preferred. Strong knowledge of keyword research, search intent, content optimization, internal linking, backlink building, and competitor analysis. Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Keyword Planner . Understanding of schema markup, structured data, E-E-A-T, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with content writers and guide them on SEO/AEO/GEO requirements. Strong understanding of how users search for medical courses, healthcare education, fellowships, certifications, and professional training . Preferred Candidate Candidates who have demonstrable SEO/AEO/GEO experience in healthcare or medical education will be strongly preferred. Experience with hospital, healthcare, medical education, HealthTech, diagnostics, pharmaceutical, or medical content websites will be an added advantage.
