We are located on the internet at wtwco.com About the North America Team: The North America Corporate Risk and Broking Operations team is based in Mumbai and comprises approximately 600 colleagues. The team supports large and complex clients, middle‑market organizations, and select accounts across a broad range of industries. These industries include construction, real estate, hospitality and leisure, aerospace, marine, financial institutions and professional services, public sector and education, technology and telecommunications, transportation and logistics, health care and life sciences, natural resources, and retail and distribution. The team works closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high‑quality operational and client service support. About the Role: This role is responsible for managing end‑to‑end agency billing activities, including the accurate invoicing of clients for insurance premiums and associated fees. Roles & Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and optimize AI/LLM prompts to support business and operational use cases. Evaluate AI outputs and refine prompts to improve accuracy, consistency, usability, and business relevance. Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate business needs into practical AI-enabled and automation solutions. Document business rules, process flows, decision logic, and solution requirements to support effective implementation. Take end-to-end ownership of assigned initiatives from analysis and solution design through implementation and closure. Identify process inefficiencies, automation opportunities, and Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, and user experience. Develop practical, scalable solutions that address business challenges and deliver measurable operational benefits. Deliver assigned projects and improvement initiatives within agreed timelines while effectively managing priorities and stakeholder expectations. Collaborate with Operations, SMEs, Technology, and Transformation teams to develop, test, and implement solutions. Monitor solution performance, adoption, benefits, and risks, and recommend enhancements where required. Ensure compliance with AI governance, responsible AI practices, data security standards, and organizational policies. Qualifications Graduation Key Skills: 1 - 5 Years Experience of experience required.
