Clerk of Works - SW England

Your role will include conducting interim site inspections on behalf of the managing Surveyor, to inspect ongoing works on insurance reinstatement projects for quality control, compliance, measurement and cost tracking purposes. You will also provide professional surveying services from your home office supporting the managing Surveyor with aspects such as production of meeting minutes, interim valuations, certification, and general project assistance.You will be a key stakeholder in delivering projects on time, on budget, with a happy customer, and will be joining an industry leader with scope for significant career development.Role PurposeThe Clerk of Works supports the delivery of high-quality construction and insurance reinstatement projects by providing on-site inspection, and compliance monitoring, as well as assisting with surveying and cost management activities.
