Senior HR Executive (D2C/Cosmetic/Personal Care Industry)

We are looking for a Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations for our manufacturing plant , with a strong focus on plant manpower hiring, employee engagement, attendance, compliance, and day-to-day HR activities . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in plant HR, preferably in the FMCG, Cosmetics, Personal Care, Pharma, or Manufacturing industry . Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant manpower , including Production, QA/QC, Warehouse, Packaging, Operators, Supervisors, and other plant roles. Plan and manage manpower requirements in coordination with Production and other department heads. Handle joining formalities, onboarding, documentation, induction, and employee records . Manage daily attendance, shifts, late marks, leave, overtime, and payroll inputs . Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and company procedures at the plant. Maintain statutory HR records and coordinate for PF, ESIC, labour compliance, and other applicable statutory requirements . Coordinate with plant management for manpower productivity, retention, and workforce planning . Conduct employee engagement activities, training coordination, and induction programs . Prepare and maintain HR MIS and plant manpower reports . Coordinate with management and department heads on performance, disciplinary matters, and employee concerns . Support performance reviews, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits/F&F . Ensure proper HR documentation and compliance with company policies. Requirements: 1 years of experience in HR, preferably in Plant HR / Manufacturing HR . Experience in plant-level recruitment and blue-collar/operational hiring is preferred. Candidates from Cosmetics, Personal Care, FMCG, Pharma, Chemical, or Manufacturing industries will be preferred. Strong knowledge of attendance, payroll inputs, employee relations, recruitment, and statutory compliance . Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and people-management skills.
