PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT

Solaris HealthCare is seeking a compassionate Certified Physical Therapy Assistant to provide high-quality rehab services in our skilled nursing and long-term care setting. In this onsite role, you will deliver therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility interventions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. You’ll document progress in the EMR, collaborate with nursing and rehab teams, and educate residents and families.
