Responsibilities

• Carry out treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed therapist

• Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and care team members

• Complete required documentation accurately and on time

• Report changes in patient condition to supervising therapist

• Support department operations and maintain professional development

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program

• Able to practice without restrictions; in good standing with licensing boards

• Knowledge of Medicare and other payer sources

• Understanding of resident rights

• Professional, dependable, and patientfocused
