We are seeking a meticulous individual to provide board meeting minutes support (concurrent meetings), registered agent filings, and organizing corporate records.

General meeting minutes/resolutions, annual filings, entity lifecycle changes, compliance calendarization, and maintaining clean entity records.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft and finalize board/committee minutes; track actions to closure.

- Prepare resolutions and written consents for routine and ad‑hoc matters.

- Coordinate with registered agents for filings, service of process, and updates.

- Maintain entity records (formation docs, bylaws, registers, shareholder data).

- Manage compliance calendar and flag statutory deadlines proactively.

- Support entity lifecycle events (incorporations, mergers, dissolutions, expansions).

- Maintain entity database; drive reporting, dashboards, and stakeholder coordination.

Required Qualifications

• CS qualification (ICSI) is a must
• More than 6 years of experience in the same domain.

Additional:

• ICSA / CGI (Chartered Governance Institute) qualification or part-qualification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent
• Excellent business communication – written and verbal English.

Shift Timing-1:30 pm to 10:30 pm
