Quality and Safety Manager (Feasterville-Trevose)

Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality and Safety Analyst to oversee day-to-day safety compliance, quality assurance, and operational excellence at our facility. In this role, you will bridge the gap between floor operations and administrative compliance, ensuring a safe, organized, and high-performing production environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Safety Building Collaborative Relationships; Customer Orientation; Result Orientation; Personal Credibility, Analytical Thinking Organizational Competencies: Excellent communication skills, proficient problem-solving and multi-tasking skills, attention to detail, ability to promote teamwork among peers is a must. Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as excel and word. Experience with CRM software. Licenses / Certifications: None Work Conditions: This job operates in an industrial manufacturing environment exposure to varying temperatures, loud noise levels, dust, fumes, oil, or other outdoor elements. This role requires regular standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods of time. Climbing stairs/ladders, squatting, sitting, operating machinery, and may require lifting up to 50lbs, and must be able to wear PPE as required.
