Position - Travel Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Travel Coordinator to plan and manage travel arrangements for leisure, corporate, and group travelers. You will handle end-to-end travel needs including flights, hotels, tours, and visas while delivering excellent service and a smooth travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

Travel Booking: B2 B bookings with flights, hotels, holiday packages, rail tickets, transfers, and travel insurance. Itinerary Planning: Design customized travel plans tailored to client preferences, budgets, and schedules. Customer Support: Assist clients with visa guidance, travel documentation, pre-departure queries, and last-minute travel changes or disruptions. Vendor Coordination: Partner with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and Destination Management Companies (DMCs) to secure bookings and resolve issues. Records & Compliance: Maintain accurate booking records in the CRM system and ensure adherence to travel policies and regulations.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field. Certification in Travel & Tourism (IATA/UFTAA or equivalent) is preferred.

Experience

3–5 years of experience in a travel agency, tour operator, DMC, or corporate travel environment.

Key Skills & Attributes

Hands-on experience with GDS platforms -Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre etc and also Rezlive, TBO Tek and Tripjack are mandatory

Solid understanding of international destinations, visa processes, and travel insurance. Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
