Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson / Inventory Manager / E-commerce Manager at Mannahatta NYC, located in New York, NY. The Salesperson will engage with customers and assist them in selecting unique, high-quality fashion pieces. Daily responsibilities include maintaining a welcoming retail environment, providing excellent customer service, managing sales transactions, organizing display areas, and keeping up-to-date with our curated designer collections. They will also act as brand ambassadors by sharing detailed product knowledge and showcasing Mannahatta’s design philosophy.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients
• Proficiency in retail sales and knowledge of sales techniques
• Interest in and knowledge of fashion trends, including contemporary and Japanese brands
• Attention to detail for merchandising and maintaining a visually appealing store environment
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
• Adaptability to a fast-paced retail environment and problem-solving abilities
• Prior retail or sales experience is preferred, especially in luxury or contemporary fashion
• Exceptional verbal communication skills

Compensation

*+$60K-80K plus bonus (Training terms required.)
