Role Description The Senior Architect will lead and oversee architectural projects from concept through completion, ensuring design quality, technical accuracy, and alignment with client objectives. This full-time role in Kozhikode involves developing design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with consultants, and guiding junior team members. The Senior Architect will manage project schedules and deliverables, conduct site visits, review construction work for compliance with design intent, and participate in client meetings and presentations. Day-to-day responsibilities include integrating sustainable design principles, resolving technical and coordination issues, and maintaining clear communication across project stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and detailed design documentation.
• Candidates should possess relevant Project Management skills, such as planning, coordination, budgeting, and tracking timelines across multiple projects.
• Candidates should possess foundational Software Development and Integration skills where applicable to architectural workflows, such as coordinating digital tools and ensuring smooth data exchange between platforms.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp ,Rendering softwares,etc) is highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated experience leading project teams, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating with consultants and contractors.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present design ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture with professional registration or eligibility preferred.
• Experience with sustainable design practices, local building codes is an advantage.
