Role Description The Head of HR Operations at EnerZ is a full-time, on-site role based in Kerala, India. This role oversees end-to-end HR operations, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations. Daily responsibilities include leading HR process improvements, supervising HR administration, managing employee lifecycle activities, and coordinating payroll and benefits operations. The role also involves partnering with leadership on HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development, while fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The Head of HR Operations will manage HR teams, provide guidance to managers on people-related matters, and use data-driven insights to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong HR Operations experience, including managing HR processes, employee lifecycle activities, and HR service delivery.
• Candidates should possess broad Human Resources (HR) knowledge, covering talent management, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
• Candidates should possess HR Strategy skills, with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals and support organizational growth.
• Candidates should possess expertise in HR Policies, including designing, implementing, and maintaining fair and compliant policies and procedures.
• Candidates should possess experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), including configuration, data integrity, and HR analytics.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior HR leadership or HR operations role, preferably in fast-growing or service-oriented organizations.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and exercise sound judgment in decision-making.
• Familiarity with Indian labor laws and regulations; experience in Kerala or similar markets is an advantage.
