JOB DESCRIPTION

Roles and Responsibilities Develop clear, compelling and visually strong design solutions across assigned projects. Apply graphic design principles, typography, layout and visual hierarchy consistently across all work. Use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and In Design to create and refine high-quality creative deliverables. Build professional and effective presentations in Microsoft Power Point. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand requirements and translate them into design solutions. Communicate design thinking clearly in written and verbal interactions. Review and refine work with strong attention to detail, accuracy and consistency. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality. Incorporate feedback constructively and adapt work as needed. Work independently when required while remaining a strong team player. Motion graphics and Adobe After Effects knowledge will be considered a plus.

Preferred Experience & Educational Profile 5–8+ years of experience in graphic design, art direction, or a related creative role. Strong portfolio demonstrating design craft, typography, layout and presentation design. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and In Design. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Power Point. Motion graphics and Adobe After Effects experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree in design, graphic design, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
