URGENT HIRING | Meta Ads & Google Ads Specialist

Yaspire Technologies is looking for a skilled, data-driven, and results-oriented Meta Ads & Google Ads Specialist to join our growing team in Lahore! If you have hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns, generating quality leads, and improving campaign performance, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Manage advertising budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and keywords.
• Monitor CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and CAPI.
• Analyse campaign data and prepare performance reports.
• Use AI tools to improve ad copy, creative ideas, and campaign optimisation.
• Focus on qualified leads, conversions, and measurable business growth.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in paid advertising.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram advertising.
• Experience with campaign optimisation, lead generation, and analytics.
• Understanding of conversion tracking and reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance targets.

Preferred

• Experience with international clients, particularly in the US, UK, and Australia, along with relevant advertising certifications.
