Job Summary :

Valenso Spaces is seeking an experienced 3 D Designer / Visualizer with strong capability in producing high-quality 3 D renders for corporate and commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate must translate design concepts, CAD plans, and client briefs into photorealistic visuals that accurately represent workplace design intent.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create photorealistic 3 D renders for corporate offices, open office layouts, conference rooms, cabins, receptions, breakout zones and commercial spaces.

• Convert 2 D CAD drawings into detailed 3 D models.

• Develop material palettes, lighting styles, and ambience suited for corporate interiors.

• Collaborate with 2 D drafting teams, designers, architects and project managers.

• Ensure renders align with MEP layouts, lighting plans and material specifications.

• Produce presentation-ready visuals including still renders, walkthroughs and perspectives.

• Revise visuals based on client feedback and site updates.

• Deliver high-quality outputs within corporate project timelines.

Required Skills & Technical Expertise

Software Expertise (Mandatory):

• Sketch Up

• 3ds Max or Blender

• V-Ray or Corona Renderer

• Auto CAD (for reading plans)

Preferred Software:

• Lumion

• Enscape

• Photoshop

• Unreal Engine (optional)

Corporate & Commercial Knowledge:

• Office space planning and modern workspace aesthetics

• Lighting behavior in corporate environments

• Glass partitions, acoustic materials and workstation systems

• Accurate visualization of commercial-grade materials and finishes

Rendering Skills:

• Photorealistic lighting and shadows

• Material realism and texture mapping

• Camera composition and visual storytelling

Soft Skills:

• Creativity and visualization ability

• Attention to detail

• Ability to meet tight deadlines

• Strong communication and teamwork

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, 3 D Animation, or Visual Communication
