Job Title: Social Media Manager – Luxury Fashion Brand

Location: Delhi NCR

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead the digital presence of an international luxury fashion brand in India. The ideal candidate should understand global luxury communication, premium visual storytelling and how to maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the overall social media strategy

• Create monthly content calendars aligned with global brand guidelines

• Manage content across Instagram and other relevant platforms

• Coordinate with creative, design, PR, influencer and production agencies

• Plan content for campaigns, product launches, shoots, events and store activations

• Write and review captions, campaign communication and social media copy

• Maintain a premium and internationally consistent visual identity

• Identify relevant cultural moments, trends and content opportunities without compromising the brand’s positioning

• Manage influencer collaborations, content deliverables and posting timelines

• Monitor platform performance, prepare reports and recommend improvements

• Ensure all content is reviewed, approved and published according to schedule

MANDATORY EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:

Candidates must have prior, hands-on experience managing social media for a foreign luxury fashion or clothing brand.

This is a strict eligibility requirement. Experience limited to domestic brands, mass-market fashion, beauty, hospitality, general lifestyle accounts or unrelated industries will not be considered.

Candidates should clearly mention the international luxury fashion brand(s) they have worked with and their exact responsibilities for each account.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of luxury fashion, culture and premium brand positioning

• Excellent visual judgement and attention to detail

• Experience working with global brand guidelines and approval processes

• Strong communication, copywriting and coordination skills

• Ability to manage multiple agencies, stakeholders and deadlines

• A portfolio demonstrating relevant luxury fashion work
