$100mil Automotive/Industrial Project - 4 year project Leadership opportunity from day one About Our Client Michael Page is hiring for a Construction Project Manager role within the business services industry, based in Detroit. Job Description Manage all aspects of industrial construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and management. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications. Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle. Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders. The Successful Applicant A successful Construction Project Manager should have: Experience managing industrial construction projects from start to finish. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Effective communication and leadership abilities to guide teams and collaborate with stakeholders. Proficiency with project management software and tools.
