We're Hiring | Senior Technical Sales/Sales Specialist – Bioprocess & Biopharma | Pune

At CellTricks Biotech., we are expanding our team and looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales or Techno-Sales Executive to strengthen our presence in the bioprocess and biopharma industry.

Location: Pune

Who We're Looking For

We are specifically seeking professionals with prior experience in selling bioprocess consumables and solutions, particularly those with exposure to Downstream Processing (DSP) applications and technologies.

✔ B.Sc / M.Sc in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related disciplines

✔ 1–7 years of relevant sales experience in the bioprocess/biopharma industry

✔ Understanding of downstream/ Upstream processing workflows and consumables

✔ Strong customer engagement and relationship management skills

✔ Immediate joiners preferred

What You'll Do

• Drive sales of bioprocess and biopharma consumables

• Develop and manage relationships with biopharma and biotech customers

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence

• Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions

• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to order closure
