3D Exterior Modeller

Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented 3D Exterior Modeller responsible for creating accurate and optimised architectural models for visualisation projects. The candidate will work closely with visualisers and architects to develop clean, production-ready models from architectural drawings and BIM data. Key Responsibilities · Create accurate 3D architectural models from CAD drawings, PDFs, sketches, and BIM files. · Model building exteriors, site elements, hardscape, landscape, street furniture, and surrounding context. · Ensure clean topology and optimised geometry for rendering workflows. · Organise and maintain project files according to studio standards. · Coordinate with visualisation artists to support rendering requirements. · Review architectural documentation for modelling accuracy. · Develop and maintain reusable modelling assets and libraries. · Implement revisions and updates efficiently throughout project development. Required Skills & Qualifications · 1–2 years of experience in architectural 3D modelling. · Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max. · Strong understanding of architectural drawings and construction documentation. · Excellent modelling skills with attention to accuracy and scale. · Experience working with CAD and BIM data. · Knowledge of scene organisation, asset management, and optimisation techniques. · Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards. Preferred Qualifications · Experience with Revit, Sketch Up, Rhino, or similar modelling software. · Understanding of rendering workflows in Corona Renderer or V-Ray. · Familiarity with landscape and urban context modelling. · Experience working in architectural visualisation studios.
