Role Overview Lead strategic planning and operational execution across the organization. This role involves driving key business initiatives, improving processes, and ensuring alignment between strategy and day-to-day operations. What You’ll Be Doing ? Define and drive company-wide strategic priorities and growth initiatives Identify and implement industry disrupting initiatives Lead cross-functional projects from strategy to execution Take well thought out decisions with limited data and in ambiguous environments Team leadership What We’re Looking For ? 7-15 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or similar roles Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and teams Location: From our Delhi office
