Role : Graphic Designer/ Video Editor

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis.

You’ll work across a variety of creative projects, brands, and formats, creating visuals that are clean, engaging, modern, and suited to each platform. The role involves a mix of static creatives, carousels, social media designs, and short-form video editing across different projects and brands.

We’re looking for someone who understands that good social media design is more than making something look good. It should communicate an idea clearly, grab attention, and fit the context of the platform.

What You’ll Do

• Design creative LinkedIn and Instagram carousels, statics from content briefs and concepts
• Develop clean, modern, and engaging visual content aligned with different brand identities
• Edit short-form videos and reels for social media
• Turn ideas, written content, and briefs into visually compelling designs
• Adapt designs for different formats, platforms, and content requirements
• Work on multiple projects while maintaining consistency and quality
• Experiment with different visual styles, layouts, and creative approaches instead of relying on repetitive templates
• Collaborate with the content and marketing team to understand briefs and deliver designs on time
• Make revisions based on feedback and ensure the final output meets the requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 1-2+ years of relevant experience in graphic design, preferably with social media-focused work
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram design
• Good eye for typography, layouts, spacing, composition, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to create carousels and static creatives that are both visually appealing and easy to understand
• Comfortable with short-form video/reel editing
• Understanding of social media trends and what makes content visually engaging
• Ability to interpret a brief and turn it into a strong visual concept
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Willingness to experiment and try new creative directions
• Strong attention to detail
