Role summary:

Job Title: Manager - Account Management

Location: Richmond Road, Bengaluru

Total experience: 5+ years of agency experience in digital account management, client servicing, or digital marketing.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Manager – Account Management with strong experience in Social Media and Digital Campaigns . The role involves managing client relationships, developing and executing digital/social campaigns, and creating platform-first content and assets across various social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client interfacing and day-to-day account management
• Develop and execute social media & digital campaigns
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and build strong client relationships.
• Manage end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
• Coordinate with Creative, Strategy, Media, Content, and Production teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Develop project timelines, manage campaign workflows, and ensure quality execution.
• Support campaign planning, client presentations, review meetings, and brainstorming sessions.
• Monitor campaign performance and work with internal teams to identify optimization opportunities.
• Ensure deliverables meet client expectations, timelines, and business objectives.
• Maintain strong stakeholder communication and proactively resolve client queries.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in Account Management/Client Servicing within an advertising or digital agency.
• Strong experience handling digital marketing campaigns , with exposure to social media, content, influencer marketing, and integrated campaigns.
• Basic understanding of mainline advertising .
• Excellent client management, project management, crisis management and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
