Job Description
Fyne Hand has been mandated to hire a Head of Enterprise Architect for a leading financial services firm, to be based in Mumbai.
Key responsibilities:
Define IT strategy and multi-year roadmaps; shape the change portfolio and guide prioritization
Own architecture principles, standards, blueprints and target pictures; reduce duplication and ensure interoperability
Steer architecture for major initiatives; provide trusted advisory to senior stakeholders on technology choices and delivery tradeoffs
Run architecture governance and alignment; manage exceptions transparently
Build EA capabilities, methods, reference architectures, and knowledge management
Regularly engage and work closely with the CIO; domain/solution architects; application/infrastructure/tooling heads; Group EA communities; business/OE stakeholders
Location: Mumbai
