Job Title: Sales Lead Company: Filmbakers Locations: Bengaluru (In-Office) Working Days: Monday to Friday Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Position Overview About the role We're looking for a Sales Lead who can do two things at once: close deals personally and sharpen the people around them. You'll own a pipeline of leads end-to-end — from first response through signed contract — while mentoring 2–4 junior reps on prospecting, pitching, and objection handling. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to sell and build the sales muscle of a growing team, not manage from the sidelines. We care more about your results than your stack.
