What You'll Be Doing Building and developing long-term client relationships
Winning new business and expanding existing accounts
Recruiting technology professionals across specialist markets
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement
Negotiating commercial agreements and terms
Becoming a trusted advisor within your market
Developing junior consultants and sharing best practices
Working towards individual and team revenue targets
What We're Looking For Previous xrexnqw experience in technology recruitment
Proven track record of billing and business development
Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle
Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills
Commercially minded, ambitious, and target-driven
Resilient, proactive, and motivated by success
