Job Description The Workday Reporting Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced reporting solutions within Workday to support HR, Payroll, C&B and Talent operations. This role combines technical expertise in Workday reporting with strong analytical skills to deliver actionable insights and ensure data integrity across HR processes. Key Responsibilities Workday Report Development Build Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Custom Reports in Workday. Create and manage Calculated Fields for complex metrics. Data Analysis & Visualization Validate and present data using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
