* Audit planning, risk assessment and identification of key audit areas

* Understanding and testing of internal controls and processes

* Audit procedures, substantive testing and documentation

* Financial statement review and reporting

* Ind AS applicability and accounting-related assignments

* Handling of large corporate and MNC clients

* Income Tax Assessments & Reassessments

* Search & Seizure cases

* Representation before AO / NFAC / CIT(A)

* Exposure to ITAT matters

* Tax litigation, drafting and legal research

Learning & Professional Development

* Regular training sessions covering recent developments in Audit, Accounting, Income

Tax and other emerging areas

* Focus on developing technical knowledge, analytical skills, drafting skills and professional communication

* Practical guidance to help Articles understand the reason and approach behind each assignment

* Direct interaction with Partners for queries, guidance and discussion of complex professional matters
