Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced accounts manager to lead our finance & accounts team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in FMCG, bakery, sweets, savouries, food manufacturing, or café operations and be capable of managing end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, inventory accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
• Handle GST, TDS, income tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
• Monitor inventory accounting, production costing, and branch-wise profitability.
• Reconcile bank accounts, debtors, creditors, and inventory.
• Oversee cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and government authorities.
• Ensure timely financial closing and compliance with internal controls.
• Lead and mentor the Accounts team while driving process improvements.

Requirements

• Must have experience in food manufacturing industries.
• A bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, or CMA Inter is preferred
• 8–12 years of experience, with at least 5 years in FMCG, Bakery, Food Manufacturing, Sweets, Savouries, or Café operations
• Strong knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP, Microsoft Excel, GST, TDS, inventory accounting, and production costing
• Experience managing accounts for multiple branches or manufacturing units is an advantage
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
