Trusted Health seeks an Oncology Med/Tele Nurse to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to oncology patients on a medical/telemetry unit. You will monitor complex telemetry, administer chemotherapy and supportive therapies, manage central lines, and respond to changes in patient status. In this mission-driven, tech-forward environment, you’ll leverage digital tools for efficient charting and care coordination, collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and advocate for safe, compassionate care that improves outcomes and the clinician experience.
