Employment Type: Internship that will convert to Full-Time

Location: Anna Nagar, Chennai - Tamil Nadu

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR & Accounts Associate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates looking to build a career in payment operations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Track consultant timesheets and attendance.
• Coordinate with consultants regarding timesheet submissions and compliance.
• Assist in employee engagement activities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Assist in invoice preparation and client billing.
• Track accounts receivable (AR) and follow up on payments.
• Maintain vendor records and payment tracking.
• Support in bank reconciliation and expense tracking.
• Maintain basic financial records and reports.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel).

Preferred Skills

• Basic accounting concepts.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
• Willingness to take relevant training or certifications.

APPENDIX-A: COMPENSATION & REWARDS STRUCTURE

 Probation Period: During the 6-month probationary period with Stipend

 Service Bond: 2-year service bond on completing the probation period.

 Post-Probation Salary (Subject to performance review):

o Payment Associate (HR & Accounts Associate): ₹2,00,000 to ₹2,50,000 Per Annum (PST - US shift)
