Mission Health is seeking a Nurse Educator Preop PACU to lead clinical education for surgical services nurses in Asheville, NC. This role assesses learning needs, designs and delivers orientation, skills labs, simulation, and ongoing competency training for preoperative and PACU teams. The educator promotes evidence-based practice, supports new technology and protocols, and partners with leaders to improve quality, safety, and patient outcomes while fostering a collaborative, patient-centered culture and professional growth.
