<p> Job Title : </p><p> Trainee Service Engineer </p> <p> Nature of Job : </p> <p> Permanent </p> <p> Experience </p> <p>0-2 years </p> <p> Location </p> <p> All India </p> <p> Qualification : </p> <p> ITI/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering </p> <p> Reporting to : </p> <p> RSM of the Zone </p> <p> Criteria </p> <p> Individuals should have a Valid driving license and Two-Wheeler </p> <p> Key Function Knowledge/Deliverables : Responsible for meeting the daily service maintenance and repair needs of the customers equipment. Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers to ensure proper follow-up and resolution. Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment. Attending the service calls like Breakdown, Regular Maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Executing Erection and Commissioning at customer end. To give the service visits: a). warranty b). out of warranty c.) AMC Follow up for PO from customer for parts quotation ref with service report. Maintaining proper records of all the service calls and preparing various monthly reports. (Warranty service Visit –without charge, Out of warranty visit: chargeable) For sale of spare parts need to coordinate with respective RO and get it dispatched through regional depot. In cases where parts are not available in the local warehouse need to coordinate with Plant for further procedure. </p><p> Key Skills : Essential : Background in servicing of Material handling /Construction equipment’s. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to be empathetic, positive and upbeat in all written and verbal communications. Work collaboratively with internal departments including production, sales, plant and Depot. To perform this job successfully, an individual requires a complete focus on customer </p><p> service. </p> Bike for local commuting.
