HIRING | PLACEMENT MANAGER SkillCircle | Laxmi Nagar, Delhi | Full-Time ABOUT SKILLCIRCLE SkillCircle is a fast-growing EdTech company helping students build industry-ready careers through programs in Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, UI/UX, AI, and emerging technologies. We are looking for a Placement Manager who can build strong corporate relationships and drive quality placement opportunities for our students. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Build and maintain relationships with corporates, startups, recruiters & hiring partners. • Generate internship and full-time placement opportunities for students. • Manage the complete placement cycle — job sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, offers & joining. • Organize placement drives, virtual hiring events & corporate interactions. • Guide students on resumes, interviews, communication & career readiness. • Work closely with trainers and internal teams to improve student employability. • Maintain placement data, recruiter database and prepare MIS/reports. • Achieve monthly & quarterly placement targets and drive repeat hiring partnerships. REQUIREMENTS • 2–5 years of experience in Placement, Corporate Relations, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or Business Development. • Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, Business, Marketing or a related field. • Strong corporate networking and relationship management skills. • Excellent communication, negotiation and coordination abilities. • Target-oriented with strong follow-up and conversion skills. • Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace & CRM tools. • EdTech/Education industry experience will be an added advantage.
