Senior Paid Media Account Manager – Google & Meta Ads

is looking for an experienced Senior Paid Media Account Manager – Google & Meta Ads to join our remote marketing team and manage performance-driven Meta advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing $5,000+ in monthly Meta Ads spend and understands how to optimize campaigns, identify opportunities, and scale profitable results.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, optimize, and scale Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.

Manage significant monthly Meta Ads budgets and maintain strong campaign efficiency.

Plan and execute testing across audiences, creatives, offers, and campaign structures.

Monitor ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, CPC, conversion rates, and other key performance metrics.

Analyze campaign data and make data-driven optimization decisions.

Identify high-performing campaigns, audiences, and creatives and scale them appropriately.

Diagnose underperforming campaigns and implement optimization strategies.

Continuously test new approaches to improve acquisition performance.

Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to improve advertising results.

Take ownership of campaign performance and reporting.

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on Facebook/Meta Ads experience.

Proven experience managing $5,000+ in monthly Meta Ads spend.

Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.

Experience scaling performance campaigns.

Strong understanding of performance marketing and conversion optimization.

Experience with audience and creative testing.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage campaign priorities.

E-commerce or DTC experience is a plus.

Compensation

₹120,000–₹200,000 per month, depending on experience and demonstrated skills.

Full-time, remote position.
