In this role, you'll play a key part in expanding Propelld's partner network by onboarding colleges and universities, building strong institutional relationships, and driving the adoption of education financing solutio ns.If you enjoy meeting new people, building partnerships, and delivering business growth, we'd love to hear from y ou.Key Responsibilit i e s College Onbo ardingIdentify and onboard new colleges, universities, and educational institu tions.Meet with college management, directors, trustees, and admissions teams to establish strategic partner ships.Negotiate commercial terms and execute partnership agree ments.Manage the complete onboarding process for new partner institu tions.Business Devel opmentDrive education loan adoption across assigned partner col leges.Generate business through admissions teams and institutional refe rrals.Achieve monthly and quarterly onboarding and loan disbursement ta rgets.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective educational institu tions.What We're Looki ng ForProven experience in Business Development, Institutional Sales, B2B Sales, or Education Sales.Strong relationship-building and negotiation s kills.Excellent communication and presentation abil ities.Willingness to travel extensively across North India.Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a field sales enviro nm en t.
